News from Pro Content and DesignHershs Auto Mart redesign beginsTuesday, November 29, 2005November 19, 2005 Today Pro Content and Design began it's first redesign job: Hershs' Auto Mart. Hershs' is a used car dealership located in DuBois, PA. The new website will deploy the automotive version of the Venta Online Sales System to allow visitors to browse the company's current inventory of vehicles before buying. It is a basic interface, that is searchable by categories (trucks, cars, etc.), make, and model year. Everything is built with a simple adminstrative interface that allows the site to grow with whatever inventory is acquired. new categories, makes, and years are propogated automatically by the sales system. We look forward to the final redeployment of the Hershs' website. Our target is to turn the site around in three days. The only current obstacle is difficulty bringing the previous web host to change the DNS and A and CNAME settings. Otherwise, this website would have been a six hour turnaround. Hmmmph!
